Company Description Mitre Claims Management is an independent Third Party Claims Administrator, supporting Policyholders and Insurers to achieve the best claims outcomes. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor at Mitre Claims Management. As a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling and managing professional indemnity claims with a focus on SRA regulated Professionals and FCA regulated Professionals. This is a hybrid role located in Greater London, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling professional indemnity claims Strong knowledge of insurance law, contract law, and relevant litigation processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficient in using case management software and other relevant tools Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to delivering high-quality service Professional indemnity claims experience within the insurance industry is preferred Salary Range Remuneration will be based upon a candidates experience and suitability for however it is anticipated the role will pay between £50,000 and £75,000 per annum of a Full Time Basis
