Who we're looking for Seat Unique is looking for an experienced sales leader to join our ever-growing outbound sales team. With the demand for live events on the rise, the ideal candidate will have a sales-driven attitude, strong leadership skills and invaluable experience within the industry to enable us to continue to scale and build a successful sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales through consultative, strategic prospecting to businesses and individuals. You will also be responsible for leading the outbound sales team through sales strategy implementation, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. We are looking for someone who has a passion for sports, music and live events and is excited to help the business grow. This role is integral to the overall success of the offline revenue generating side of the business. We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry. Responsibilities Your role will involve: Being a leading sales person within the team Building relationships with clients, garnering further business through consultative selling Offering valued insight into the weekly sales focus Managing salesforce input and integrity Offering valued guidance to the team on sales focus and strategy to enable them to be successful Developing and maintaining sales processes and procedures, including lead management, forecasting, and sales tracking Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts Supporting sales team with proposal development, contract negotiations, and account management Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitors to inform sales strategy Working closely with the Head of Sales to optimise the sales processes and drive towards the quarterly revenue and gross profit targets Skills & Experience: Minimum of 4 year’s sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in leading or managing a sales team Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Confidence in representing the Seat Unique brand Relevant experience of working in pro-active sales, ideally within a Sports/Events sales environment and/or with high-net-worth clients Experience in coaching and developing sales team members Possess a problem-solving, pro-active and consultative approach to meeting clients’ needs Ability to present complicated options in a clear and effective manner both over the phone and in-person Ability to function well in a high-pressure environment Ability to source own sales leads Ability to multitask effectively Positive and flexible approach to work with a proven commitment to teamwork Proven ability to communicate effectively with a dynamic range of individuals - both internally and externally Excellent organisational, presentational and interpersonal skills Target compensation Package: £45-50K + share options + benefits. Final offers may differ from the target compensation package, taking factors such as experience level and skill set into consideration.
