Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an established Tier 1 M&E Contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Ayrshire focussing on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors. Our client specialises in the design and installation of Building Services and infrastructure solutions. They are looking to speak to commercial candidates with experience in the delivery of projects that include aspects of mechanical, electrical and/or EC&I or process pipework This is a great opportunity to progress your career as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive team. They currently have 2 live projects in Scotland that include an £80m project as well as a £50m project within the education and pharmaceutical sector which both will run until end of 2028. Following on from this, there is opportunity for exposure to more sectors and large-scale projects, conveying how strong job security is within these positions. About the Role Senior Quantity Surveyors are a valuable part of their business, where they lead the team on a project or cluster of packages having full accountability for the development and implementation of all pre and post contract strategies, commercial functions and contract reporting. Senior Quantity Surveyors take the lead; working collaboratively with customers and industry specialists with a firm focus on added value, compliance, commercial viability, and best practice.
