Financial Services Consultant/ Senior Consultant - Risk and Regulation Consultant, Senior Consultant £35,000 - £50,000 bonus benefits I'm working with a rapidly growing, boutique, Financial Services consultancy, who are looking to build out all their consulting teams. They have a really impressive culture, and have fantastic opportunities for progression, development and proposition leadership. The teams: One of their advisory teams encompasses projects in the risk and regulation space, including compliance and ESG. Projects in this team may include: Risk management Regulatory compliance Operational Resilience Transaction reporting Financial Crime compliance You would be working with clients across insurance, banking, and wealth and asset management. The role: This role is an opportunity to join a business that is looking to triple in size over the next few years. You will join one of the teams to further your exposure to Financial Services clients, while building on your consulting foundations that can lead to very fast progression through the business. They are looking for Consultant and Senior Consultants to join them. My client has specific interest in candidates who are ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to develop. The Ideal Candidate: Must have up to 2 years' experience in consulting Project experience must be in Financial Services risk and regulation/ compliance consulting Must be keen to work for a small but growing business that works solely with financial services clients across banking, insurance, and wealth and asset management The logistics: My client offers a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 , dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
