Interim Programme Director - Salesforce Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Interim Lead to Cash Systems Programme Director to manage and oversee a business-critical transformation of our client's Lead to Cash (L2C) systems. In this high-impact role where you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of the programme, providing programme governance and assurance, enhancing integration across business systems to streamline the customer journey and improve revenue realisation. The successful candidate will have led a Lead to Cash transformation programme, including initial assessment, planning and design, implementation, and post go live embedding to ensuring smooth interoperability with other business-critical systems eg -CRM, ERP, CPQ and billing platforms etc. You will have implemented governance structures and rigorous assurance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and risk management are embedded throughout the programme providing detailed reporting and regular updates to senior leadership on programme health and outcomes. You will have developed change management strategies that will bring the business on the transformation journey, promoted the adoption of new L2C systems and supported end-user engagement and training. This role will be delivered on a day rate outside IR35 up to £1500pd.
