Senior Building Surveyor * £60,000 – £70,000 + Annual bonus + Hybrid/flexible working + complete benefits package * Multi-disciplinary Consultancy in London With 7 offices across the UK, this company of property and construction specialists is continuing to grow their London office. Located in the City, close to tower bridge they are searching for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. Person Specification: * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or related subject * MRICS – Chartered Building Surveyor * Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience * You will be client-facing * You will have broad commercial experience, with Technical Due Diligence, Party Wall, and Project experience being key Roles & Responsibilities: Whilst this role will have a project bias, you will have exposure to a broad range of projects and professional instructions.
