Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings. Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience. Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations. Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients. Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback. Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates. What can you expect joining Reperio Human Capital? A competitive basic salary (£24,000-£30,000) and uncapped commission, which is paid to you monthly.
