The Role

The company are currently looking to recruit experienced Utility Surveyors (intermediate and senior level) based across the UK in field based, remote roles to carry out utility mapping and PAS128 surveys across a variety of industries and locations. This will involve travelling to various sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carrying out Utility mapping / PAS128 surveys across a variety of industries and locations
  • Identifying utility pipes and cables for verification, validation, and excavation
  • Gathering data to produce mapping information of underground and overhead distribution and supply services
  • Liaise with clients on site to determine survey requirements / best approach
  • Clearance surveys for intrusive excavation works

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of underground utility tracing and GPR
  • Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys
  • Working knowledge/understanding of PAS 128:2014 specification surveys
  • Competent in the use of CAD Software
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in using total stations and GPS equipment to collect site information
