Client Services Manager Permanent, £38k - £42k (depending on experience) Monday - Friday (corporate hours, 40 hours a week) with flexibility to work some Saturdays occasionally I am looking to speak with experienced team managers from corporate backgrounds (BANKING, LAW OR LEGAL) about an incredible opportunity to work with a well established services provider in one of their key sites in Central London. Working in a spectacular front of house space you will supervise a busy and friendly team, helping them to achieve a 5* service and maintain high standards, ensuring close partnership with the client's front of house team. The opportunity: * Join and supervise a team of receptionists on the client floor * Motivation and leading your team where appropriate * Responsible for the meeting room booking system, and booking events and conferences * Responsible for the health and safety of the reception area and the front of house * Assistance with administrative tasks * Manage incoming and outgoing calls You must have the following: * Previous experience managing in a corporate environment (MUST BE BANKING, LAW OR LEGAL) * Proven experience in motivating a team to achieve an excellent service * Immaculate personal presentation and appearance * Flexible and adaptable to respond to differing client needs * Confident, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver great service You will have the opportunity for career progression, and to be part of a company who will be invested in motivating and developing your career.
