A Stoke on Trent based registered charity, supporting people to work their way out of homelessness, is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor to provide a customer sales support in store as well as manage item sales and enquiries online.

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting customers through the purchase processes, taking payments, and arranging deliveries as well as providing after-sales support when required.
- Taking orders from customers over the phone, by email, social media and in person.
- Liaising and building relationships with potential customers and purchasers.
- Taking the lead on store presentation, appearance and its promotion, coordinating promotional events and sales where possible.
- Managing store cover with colleagues and volunteers.
The Store Supervisor will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with others.
- Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office packages and familiarity with eBay selling is desirable.
- Previous experience working in a charity retail store environment would be a distinct advantage.
