The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, make sound decisions, and interact with clients in a calm, professional manner. You must be hardworking, organised, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. Previous experience in residential lettings negotiation is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a personable nature, and a valid driver’s license.
