Care and Support Worker, L'Arche LondonABOUT THE ROLEReports to: Service Coordinator / Deputy Service CoordinatorHours of work: Up to 40 hours per week, flexibly including evenings and weekendsSalary: £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.15 per hour from the second yearPlace of work: L'Arche London Community Houses, London. You may be required to work at any L'Arche London support service, determined by the needs of the community. Contract type: Full time, part time, and relief options availableClosing date: open-endedAre you enthusiastic about enabling adults with learning disabilities to live their life as independently as possible, providing excellent care and support? As a Care and Support Worker, you will support people with learning disabilities in a variety of settings, in line with agreed support and care plans, in all aspects of their everyday lives. You will deliver practical, physical and emotional support to people with learning disabilities, whilst proactively promoting choice, independence and self-determination.
