We're excited to partner with a leading UK property company that is expanding its internal legal team in response to business growth. We're seeking a Property-Focused Legal Counsel to join an experienced team of lawyers, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. In this role, you will support a variety of matters, including residential development and commercial property work. Role Overview: As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting their residential development and commercial property initiatives. You will provide expert legal advice, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and manage legal risks associated with property transactions and development projects. This could include: Provide legal advice on residential and commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Required: Qualified Solicitor with some property experience, ideally within residential development or commercial property where you have worked on land disposals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
