Project Manager - Social Housing Chester Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor in the North West / cheshire who are now seeking a permanent Projects Manager to manage; EWI / CWI / Retrofit Schemes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects within the social housing sector, Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulations. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Maintain strong communication with clients, residents, and team members. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a contractor in the social housing sector. Specifically with Retrofit experience Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and ability to manage contractors and residents.
