Depending on your placement with us your role will essentially be that of a Classroom Teacher and you will provide continuity to the pupil's education. Longer term roles will involve planning and assessment whereas the day to day supply will require planning to be followed and taught to the class and the books to be marked before you leave. You will need to have a fun and bright personality to engage students in your lessons, you will need to be someone who has good classroom management and can build rapport quickly with children and to be able to provide a nurturing environment for the children.
