About the Role: As a Recruitment Account Manager you will focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with their existing client base, helping them meet their talent needs without the pressure of bringing on new business. You’ll be supported by a high-performing team where you’re treated as an adult and encouraged to work autonomously and cooperatively to deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing high-profile clients in the Automation, Advanced Technology, Robotics, Manufacturing, and Production sectors. Collaborative Approach: Work alongside Sales and Delivery teams to understand client requirements, ensure successful candidate placements, and enhance overall client satisfaction. Consultative Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to your clients, providing insights into industry trends, talent availability, and other recruitment-related needs. Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on account progress, providing updates on performance metrics and identifying opportunities for relationship enhancement. Requirements: Experience in Recruitment Relationship Management: Ideally, you have a background in recruitment account management or a similar role focused on client relationship development within a fast-paced environment. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Automation, Advanced Technology, Robotics, Manufacturing, or Production sectors is a plus. Strong Interpersonal Skills: You have exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and handle client needs professionally and effectively. Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Comfortable in a hands-off environment, you’re proactive, disciplined, and enjoy working within a collaborative team setting.
