They supply some of the world’s most exciting and ground-breaking products including Intelligent Machine Control (iMC) and Hybrid Excavators reducing our customers fuel usage. About the role: We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organised individual who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing client relationships in the Southeast. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential projects and opportunities, setting realistic growth targets, and contributing to the company’s sales strategy. Duties and Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners * Identify and qualify new business opportunities * To represent the brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in a given sales territory * To achieve agreed sales targets as specified. * To provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery * Accurate and timely completion of all sales related documents i.e., warranty, service contracts etc. * To utilise and maintain CRM system encompassing call planning, sales opportunities, market intelligence, competitive activity and forecasting * Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads * To maintain close liaison with customers and other departments to ensure the promotion of exemplary customer service. Experience and Qualifications * Basic knowledge of plant industry * Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel) * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team – desirable * Vast experience of working in a similar role and industry – desirable * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets – desirable * Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools – desirabl What we can offer you * Competitive Salary * Pension Scheme * Up to 27 days holiday linked to service, plus Christmas shutdown * Company Car * Employee Assistance Programme * Death in service benefit
