Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Day Rate: £350 a day

Location: Southeast London

Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for three months on a 27 Units RC Frame Residential project.

Ideally you would be someone who has experience working on New Build Residential Projects and has experience working with a Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside a Senior QS on a New Build Residential Project in South East London that is valued at nearly £16m.
• Post-tender internal and external pricing analysis/assessment for sign-off while ensuring within budget.
• Conduct contract risk and opportunity assessment to identify areas and plan accordingly to ensure pricing remains on budget without undermining Health and Safety.

Requirements

• Experience working on New Build Residential projects.
• Ideally from a Main Contractor background.
• Someone who can stand on their own two feet.
