The Role As a Java Team Lead, you will manage and ensure the team are following standard processes and you will consistently monitor performance. You will also influence and suggest improvements on roadmaps in order to enhance product client experience and engage with stakeholders to assess needs. Key responsibilities: Influence and suggest improvements on roadmaps for enhancing product client experience. Ensure team are following standard processes and monitoring performance. Investigate and drive support resolution with external clients, internal stakeholders and other Marquee engineering issues Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk. Provide monthly reporting. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE applications. Extensive knowledge and Hands-on experience in using Restful web services. Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Problem-solving attitude and ability to establish priorities and work to deadline. Experience with Unit, Integration and User Acceptance Testing Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
