We are looking for an experienced mandarin speaking sales consultant, with at least 12 months proven track record in London New Homes sales.Job Description/ Requirements Identify and reach out to potential buyers through L2 International’s CRM databaseRespond to new marketing enquiries in a timely and professional mannerConduct viewing appointments across London and elsewhere when requiredDrive and manage the sales process and negotiations with buyersAchieve monthly sales KPIs including sales and letting referralsSupport L2 International launch events and exhibitionsGrow our introducer and partner networkWork collaboratively with the wider L2 team in Shanghai Beijing & Hong Kong, together with our lettings partnersLearn about new projects and attend projects’ briefing RequirementsProficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and EnglishAt least 12 months proven track record in London New Homes sales.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with buyers and clientsL2 International is a global real estate firm with market leading teams across Asia.
