Wellbeing Support Assistant An 'Outstanding' and modern Secondary School in the Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Wellbeing Support Assistant to join their dedicated and passionate team. This role commences ASAP and is a Long-Term and Full-Time post. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates looking to develop the skills needs for roles in educational therapy, mental health, support work, teaching and more! This Secondary School is passionate about supporting students throughout their learning journeys, regardless of age and ability. As a Wellbeing Support Assistant, you will be working with pupils with SEND/SEMH needs who require additional support in and out of the classroom. This will be on a 1:1 and small group basis whilst monitoring individual pupil progress, enabling students to meet their learning and personal targets. The Head Teacher is keen to interview/trial candidates with prior child-based and SEND experience, in order to support students in the best possible way.
