EXPERIENCED HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSFER STATION SUPERVISOR OR OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED HAZARDOUS WASTE OPERATIVE LOOKING TO PROGRESS INTO A SUPERVISORY ROLE TITLE: Transfer Station Supervisor / Operative - Hazardous Waste SALARY: £26K-£30,100 DOE LOCATION: Wolverhampton HOURS: Mon-Fri with enhanced overtime on some Saturdays YOU WILL HAVE WORKED ON A HAZARDOUS WASTE TRANSFER STATION YOU MAY HAVE BEEN A: Hazardous waste transfer station supervisor, Hazardous waste transfer station operative, Team Leader, Hazardous Waste Technician, Chemical Waste Operative, Chargehand ROLE: Transfer Station Supervisor / Operative - Hazardous Waste You will lead a team, accepting and processing hazardous waste materials, including chemical waste. In this role, you’ll supervise transfer station staff, manage the movement and storage of waste, ensuring health, safety, and housekeeping standards. You’ll ensure drivers complete all necessary documentation accurately and that internal paperwork is well-maintained. Working closely with site chemists and management, you’ll ensure that waste is processed and stored accurately and the waste is moved efficiently through the transfer station.
