Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

Hours: 22 hours per week, days to be agreed
Salary: Up to £60,000 pro rata (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
We’re looking for a Practitioner Psychologist with demonstrable leadership skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the developing clinical service and to work closely with the Clinical Locality Lead to develop the clinical provision in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming therapeutic support.

About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team, making a real difference and implementing a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will be responsible for holding a small caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

Working across our 5 Adults homes, Pen-Y-Bryn which is 10 minutes down the road from Ty Ni. Pen-Y-Bryn also shares the site with Phoenix House. Arrow House is in Wrexham, which is about 35-40 minutes from Holywell (where Ty Ni, Pen-Y-Bryn, and Phoenix House are), and Llys-Y-Delyn is in St Asaph, which is 20 minutes from Holywell.
