Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing or engineering space? We are looking for a driven professional to manage projects up to €5M from start to finish, ensuring optimal outcomes for our organization. Location: Eastleigh, UK (3 Days a week) Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from initial quotation to commissioning and handover, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Oversee project financials, including margin goals, while fostering a strong ownership culture within your team. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder communication. Ensure compliance with the organisations standards and customer expectations. Manage site activities, ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed. Handle customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and effective claim management. Lead risk management efforts and integrate lessons learned into future projects. Coordinate with supply chain to align procurement with project schedules. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or chemical environment. Solid project management background with a focus on commercial project management. Strong knowledge of legal, contractual matters, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
