A long-standing, highly regarded Cost Management consultancy with an exceptional APC success rate is looking for a personable and driven Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Cambridge office. The Quantity Surveyor's role The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team that is delivering a variety of diverse and interesting projects across Cambridge and Essex. The current workload includes high profile residential, retail, student accommodation, and hospitality - ideal if you are looking to broaden your project experience. The new Quantity Surveyor will support on pre- and post-contract tasks while also having the opportunity to lead your own projects with the backing and mentorship of Director-level Quantity Surveyors. The Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or apprenticeship Minimum of 2 years' experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment Basic pre and post contract knowledge Presentable and client facing Eager to proceed with their APCIn Return?
