IT Support Technician Newcastle City Centre (Onsite) £25,000 - £28,000 The Role: As the Internal IT Support, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. You'll manage user accounts, provide system updates, and ensure the smooth running of all IT operations within the office.
