Key Responsibilities: • Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team that fosters a positive and inclusive work culture. • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies. • Compliance: Ensure all homes adhere to relevant laws and industry standards, managing risks and maintaining high compliance levels. • Quality Care: Enhance the care environment by evaluating processes and implementing necessary improvements for resident comfort and safety. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. • Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management. • Training & Development: Identify and address training needs for staff, providing ongoing support and mentorship. Skills & Attributes: • Proven experience in managing operations within a care home or similar setting. • Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. • Knowledge of financial management and regulatory compliance in the care industry. • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Analytical mindset to make informed decisions and drive business objectives. • Familiarity with best practices in quality care for elderly residents. • Full UK driving licence is required.
