Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a dynamic Bar Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the drinking experience at one of Northern Irelands most anticipated openings.
What You'll Do:
Manage the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize food and beverage profitability and efficiency.
Lead, train, and inspire a team of bar professionals.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors.
Oversee inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or bar.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, including trends and best practices.
Commitment to delivering a high-quality dining experience.
