Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant

A great opportunity to join a SME business within the manufacturing industry, working with brands such as Audi, WV, BMW & Mercedes you will be working closely with the Finance Director supporting within the Accounts / Payroll function.

What will you do as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?
* Ensuring the smooth, timely, and accurate delivery of the (AP) function.
* Efficiently managing supplier invoices & processing through to payment
* Handling supplier queries via phone and email
* Supporting the payroll function for over 100 employees
* Maintain accurate payroll records for all employee records
* Accurately data entry payroll, including, salaries, overtime, shift, benefit deductions, maternity/paternity allowances, sickness.
What do you need as an Accounts Payable / Payroll Assistant?
* Previous experience within AP & Payroll is essential
* Have knowledge of payroll calculations & payroll input
* Ensure that payroll information is collected in the most efficient manner
* System knowledge of SAGE Accounting desirable
