Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), fire alarm tests, lighting testing, and general maintenance tasks across the facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine PPM tasks to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems. Conduct regular fire alarm tests to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Carry out lighting testing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with general maintenance tasks as required. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and repair. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
