Information Technology Support Technician

Harvey Nash is partnering with a leading business based in Hull as they look for an IT Support Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service across a range of first line hardware and software issues primarily in a Windows environment including tools such as Active Directory, O365, and Windows 10/11 Experience of interest: ✔ Providing outstanding technical support in a Windows environment. ✔ Providing outstanding service to customers and colleagues. ✔ Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, Hardware, Software configuration. ✔ 1 or 2 years experience in IT with a desire to progress your career. ✔ Basic networking and server support would be beneficial. ✔ Able to demonstrate Root Cause Analysis on a variety of technical issues would be desirable. ✔ Full UK Driving License is required This is a permanent role paying up to £30,000, 5 days on-site, pension, holidays (+ bank holidays), learning and development opportunities(Certifications).
