As an Area Manager, you will:
Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high standards.
Drive growth initiatives and contribute to our expansion strategy.
A positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging development and excellence.
Ensure compliance with all operational standards and procedures.
Provide leadership, guidance, and development to Store Managers, ensuring they are supported in delivering high standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture across all stores by mentoring teams and ensuring excellent service.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
Support in recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives across all locations.
