Are you a Site Manager looking for the opportunity to work with an award winning developer for a private housing site in Dunfermline?
Our client is a privately owned developer known for producing high end homes across the Central Belt. This role will see you take on a brand new site based in Dunfermline and we are looking for a strong site manager to come in board and take this site through to completion.
Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be responsible day to day for the following:
* Working to programme of works set.
* Full management of all trades / labour working on site.
* Regularly reviewing the team progress against programme.
* Enforcing health and safety policies in line with the company policies and procedures.
* Quality inspections to ensure work meets expectation.
* Regular liaison with the Clerk of Works.
* Ensure delivery of homes is of the highest quality.
* Coordination of any snagging requirements.
To be successful in the role we are looking for the following:
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
* High levels of organisational skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Good numerical, IT and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in fast moving Environment.
* Ability to work on initiative with minimum supervision.
* Have a background in joinery (desirable).
* SMSTS qualification.
