Job Title: Interim CFO Location: Midlands, UK Daily Rate: £1,000 - £1200 GF002 About Us: Finatal is collaborating with a dynamic company operating in the retail and FMCG sector, specializing in luxury goods and groceries. With a revenue of around £200 million, they are preparing for an exciting phase of growth and strategic exit hence seeking an experienced Interim CFO to lead the financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Exit experience : Leverage experience with private equity to optimize financial performance and prepare the company for an exit strategy. Multi-Site Management : Oversee financial operations across multiple sites across the country, ensuring efficiency in financial processes and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including board members and private equity partners to drive value creation. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies that align with overall business goals, focusing on profitability, growth, and scalability. Requirements: Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the retail, FMCG, luxury goods or grocery sectors. Demonstrated experience with private equity, particularly in leading companies through exits. Strong understanding of multi-site financial management and operational efficiencies. Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to financial management. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) are preferred
