Precast Concrete Supervisor

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Pinxton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a Precast Concrete Supervisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This is a physically intense, manual job and ideally the right candidate will have some experience working in a concrete based environment.

The Job:

Using a semi dry mix to manually make concrete castings Stripping castings out of moulds Quality checking and ensuring all products are up to spec, without any cracks or defects Training new hires Creating and managing team schedules Evaluating performance and providing feedback About You:

Supervisory expereince and leadership skills Experience working in a concrete casting (wet or dry) environment Comfortable with manual labouring and heavy lifting Looking for a long term opportunity Hands on approach and an eye for detail Flexible working pattern

The Pay:

£15 per hour, overtime rates for weekedn work where completed

The Hours:

Monday - Friday, between the hours of 5:00am - 2:30pm. Saturdays & Sundays as and when required.
