Location: Runcorn
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £24,000 plus OTE uncapped on all deals signed.
Due to location – You must be able to drive or to reliably commute.

Everpool Recruitment are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter, to support our client’s expanding telecom, sales team. You will be helping to drive our client’s business forward and progressing your sales skills as you do!
You do not require telecoms industry experience for this position. However, experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (is essential) and you must be sales and money driven!
You must also be confident in using a computer, with the ability to manage shared and individual calendars.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to current accounts and potential clients.
Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and to arrange and book representatives In with existing and new clients.
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing diary invites and organising administrative tasks in conjunction with the appointment.
You will be in charge of managing your own pipeline and following up with leads as needed.
You should be confident in building rapport and conversing with C suit levels of seniority and key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
A confident telephone manner, able to make outbound calls.
Confidence and ability, with all computer applications, including Ms office, Excel and outlook.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
A positive and persistent attitude
Strong time-management with the ability to work under pressure and in given time frames.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team – As you will be liaising daily with internal team members, both sales and accounts.
