Principal Building Control Surveyor

My client is looking for an experienced Principal Building Control Surveyor Applicants should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Building Control processes and experience working in a building control service. The work involves managing a range of building control duties to deal with varied projects in urban and rural locations around the area. We offer a hybrid working environment with a blend of local office hubs, site work and home working. This role will work closely with colleagues, team members, our regulatory partners and our applicants and deals with regulatory compliance, enforcement, and all aspects of Building Regulations. My client are currently seeking to recruit a BSR registered and experienced Class 2 F Building Control Inspector to evaluate applications and fees, carry out plan checking, site inspections, provide special Building Regulatory advice and investigate and enforce compliance. You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification and experience) in Building Control Surveying and be eligible for BSR registration as a Class 2 building inspector.
