Job Title: Resourcer

Role
As a Resourcer at CITILINE, you will be managing the candidate experience from start to finish of the recruitment process whilst working alongside consultants to build and manage a pipeline of top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
This would be a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to step into the recruitment industry or wanting to continue their development by being given mentorship and guidance by the Managing Director & consultants.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Speaking with candidates to identify suitable opportunities for them.
- Maintaining a strong and proactive candidate pipeline.
- Effective collaboration with consultants.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Successfully negotiating contracts.
- Efficiently coordinating candidate-related activities.
- Staying informed about industry trends and changes.
- Engaging in continuous learning and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Great communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with people.
- Hardworking and can handle pressure.
- Flexible, adaptable, and mature.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good judge of character.
