Founding Software Engineer - TypeScript / Node/ Python/ AWS - Health Tech Start-up - £100-120k + Equ

I have exclusively teamed up with a Pre-Seed Start-up in the Health Tech Space who are looking for their first tech hire - A Founding Software Engineer! You will come into the business as a founding member of the team and be given the reigns to spearhead the production of their unique AI Platform for the health sector. You will work closely with the founders (there is an MVP in place) and make key tech decisions that shape the direction and overall journey of their product. They are looking for an experienced Engineer who has in depth knowledge in the full SDLC and eager to join a fully greenfield company and build something from the ground up. You'll also help grow their engineering team, define the culture and make key business decisions with the other founders. They are ideally looking for someone who has worked in the start-up space and helped build a product from the ground up & share the passion for tech/ AI that they do. You'll need to have architecture experience and be happy to get in trenches and really get stuck in... 2 more hires after this one are already in the pipeline as well. They are looking for in depth experience with ideally a stack of TypeScript, React, Node, Python & AWS Hybrid from London & offering up to £120k + equity This role is based in London 2-3 days a week and will also include visits to a CLIENT SITE outside of London once or twice a month (Ad hoc).
