Contracts Manager - Fire doors
We are working with a Manchester based contracting business who are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee prestigious projects across the North west.
The role with be to work closely with the client, design teams, commercial department and ensure the delivery of projects in accordance with the clients specifications.
This may suit someone looking to move from a supervisor role into a Contracts Manager role.
You will be required to manage the Site Managers on site and oversee projects from pre construction through to completion.
Role, experience, qualifications
Previous management experience
Previous Fire door experience
FIRAS
Construction HND/HNC
Degree qualified -preferred
SMSTS/SSSTS
NVQ level 6 - desirable
CSCS Managers card
Driving licence
Health & Safety aware
Commercially astute
Design knowledge
