Job Description: A school in Bury are seeking an experienced SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) teaching assistant to join their school on a long-term basis to provide support to KS3&4 pupils. Only candidates with relevant experience or qualifications will be considered. Responsibilities: . Encourage learning and development. . Manage behaviour problems professionally and accordingly. . Liaise with staff members and parents on any issues. . To support the teacher in the running of lessons. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Bury Position - Teaching Assistant Type of work - Supporting the learning of pupils with social, emotional and mental health issues. Start date - ASAP Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing End date (if applicable) - N/A Contract type - Temporary / Temp - Perm Full time/part time - Full-time Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £100 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 3.30pmWhat Prospero can offer: .
