Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential projects from inception through to completion. This role will involve end-to-end oversight of the entire design and build process. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in cradle-to-grave project management within residential construction, balancing design insight with operational efficiency to achieve exceptional results. In this position, you’ll coordinate complex builds, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure top-quality delivery to meet client expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management within the design and build or construction sector, specifically focused on residential projects.
Cradle-to-Grave Project Management: Proven experience managing residential construction projects from initial concept through to completion.
Design and Build Expertise: Deep understanding of the design and build process, with the ability to align construction with the project’s design vision. Preferred Skills
Local experience in South London and Kent residential markets.
Formal qualifications in project management, construction management, or related fields.
