Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to work for a leading Air Conditioning, Combustion, Fire & Smoke control maintenance firm across Leeds.
My client is all about collaboration and value building relationships and listening to their clients to find a better solution.
As an AC Technician you will be responsible for covering across Leeds & Surrounding areas with all PPM, repairs and installation of air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial, retail and domestic environments.
To carry out planned and reactive maintenance, as instructed by the contract administration team and technical supervisors. Including, but not limited to full electrical & mechanical PPM and reactive works, minor building repairs, plumbing works including drainage and other general duties in support of the clients requirements.
To close/update completed Reactive & PPM tasks on the site PDA computerised maintenance system.
Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.
Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Cat 1 F-Gas
Well presented & client facing.
THE PACKAGE
Up to £50,000 per annum with annual pay reviews.
25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
1 in 8 call out - £100 standby fee
Travel paid D2D after 1 hour each way.
Van, fuel card, tablet all included of package Opportunity to earn overtime.
