The GDS Service Designer role is more focused on the service to be offered, the service offering that will be made available to the end user via the service catalogue. The emphasis on this role is to translate client requirements in to actionable designs for the access to, the fulfilment of and the support needed for users to consume the technical service being provided. Combination of agile and waterfall project delivery methods. Expert knowledge to GDS standard for service design and delivery. Good knowledge and experience of both ITSM and ITOM operating models. Worked on operating models and tooling capabilities, with an emphasis on ServiceNow . Good experience in workflow mapping, process modelling and process design in the back office service delivery space. You will have worked in complex service chains where the responsibilities are disaggregated across more than one domain of control - there will be a combination of different providers engaged in the provision of services, both in-house and external organisations as typified by desegregated supply chains. This role at Amber Labs is a 12 month Contract role, and all employees are required to have current SC clearance.
