About the role: SEN Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We're seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), autism, and ADHD across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You'll work one-on-one with students to boost literacy and numeracy skills, providing tailored support to help them reach their full potential. Experience is preferred, but if you have the passion and commitment, we’d love to hear from you!

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications in education or special needs support are a plus, but not essential.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting all students.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to students with MLD, autism, and ADHD.
• Assist in developing individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Help students improve literacy and numeracy skills through focused interventions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
