The role - Compliance Administrator Location - Glasgow City Centre (WFH 1 day per week) Salary - £24k per annum Hours - 9am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri Office Angels have an immediately available role with our client for a Compliance Administrator to support with all aspects of Health & Safety. This role will be based in their modern and prestigious property in the City Centre. Upon completion of the training period there will be an option to work one day per week from home. We are looking to speak with candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of working to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate does not need prior H&S experience but an interest in learning more about this particular area of work is essential. This is a brand-new role and you will support a senior member of staff with all compliance processes and relevant documentation. Benefits: - * Hybrid working * Comprehensive Training & Mentoring * Employee Assistance Programme The role itself will involve:- * Ensure all client documentation is compliant. * Liaise with third parties to ensure they understand what is required from them in terms of completing paperwork and troubleshoot any issues. * Accurate data entry * Providing a high level of administrative support * Ensuring first class compliance across a range of new and existing contracts * Producing reports when audit and compliance checks are complete * Delivering excellent customer service What you should bring to the role: - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Data management experience Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritise effectively Analytical thinker Previous experience of working in a regulated environment Proficient in MS Office - advanced working knowledge of Excel You will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and will be enthusiastic about driving innovative solutions for continuous improvement and will strive to achieve and maintain Health & Safety objectives.
