About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for shaping the academic and personal development of children in their crucial early years. You’ll deliver the EYFS curriculum in a creative, engaging way, ensuring every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential. Early reading is taught through daily phonics lessons, and you will be leading these vital sessions to develop key literacy skills.You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other passionate teachers, sharing ideas and innovative teaching strategies that benefit the whole school community. With small class sizes and excellent TA support, you’ll have the time and resources to focus on what really matters—delivering exceptional lessons that captivate and inspire young minds.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in Early Years (EYFS).
• Passion for working with young children and fostering a love of learning.
• Ability to deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of achievement and conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
• Conduct daily phonics lessons to promote early reading skills.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
