Tyre Technician - Preston PRESTIGE FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP Our client, a Prestige Car Dealership and the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit a Tyre Technician for their dealership in Preston. Responsibilities Include: Fit tyres onto vehicles to a high standard and in a timely manner Carry out work to the highest level of quality Complete documentation to the standard defined by the company Order stock and stock control Ensure compliance to the relevant Manufacturer/Insurer standards and requirements Supervise members of the team Ensure good standards of housekeeping at all timesSkills & Experience: Previous experience carrying out Tyre placements is essential A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service Self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills An effective communicatorWorking hours/days: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5pm Saturday mornings on a rota basis Salary: £25,250 Basic £7,500 Bonus The Benefits: Extremely competitive salary and bonus structure 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Additional day's holiday on your birthday Discount retail shopping platform Company pension scheme Death in Service policy Work wear supplied Childcare voucher scheme Cycle to work scheme Training, coaching and development funded Incentives and rewards Free tickets to local and national events Staff social events On site car parking If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you, please apply with an up to date CV and we will be in touch to discuss your application further.
