Electrician - Edinburgh - Salary up to £41,000 DOE CBW has a brand new opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer to join a well established FM company on a mobile basis. This role is covering the Edinburgh, Fife, Perth & DUndee region carrying out maintenance and repair tasks of buildings as required under contract. Key Responsibilities: Upgrading, installing systems and carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding.  Keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs. Carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively. Participate in an on a call out rota to provide clients with full out of hours cover and assist other team members when required or as directed from a Supervisor or Contract Manager. To ensure all required paperwork is completed and submitted within timescales.  Monitor visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety and issue appropriate Permits, controlling small works and escort duties as required. Person Specification: Level 2 and 3 City and Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation. 17th or 18th edition.  Previous background in facilities management, mobile maintenance or construction with project work within a region.  Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.  Extensive experience working within a commercial environments.Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary of up to £41,000 Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00 On Call 1 in 6 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use available Travel paid after 30 minutes each way Full company uniform PDA and Mobile phone Pension Life Assurance Employee Shares Schemes Reward programme & Employee programme Employee discounts
