Job Title: Graduate Planner Location: Bedfordshire (Cranfield) We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Planner to join a dynamic and expanding planning consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop a career in town planning, working on a variety of projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals Conducting site appraisals and research to support senior team members Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and gather project insights Supporting the team in project management, ensuring that timelines and client expectations are met Assisting with the preparation of planning policy reports and development plansRequirements: A degree in Town Planning or a related field Excellent research, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work effectively within a team and manage time efficiently across projects A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the fieldThis role offers excellent training, career development, and the chance to work alongside experienced planners on high-impact projects.
